A quick guide to booking a party with us:

 

Just click “Book Now” to reserve a party room and jump tickets for your birthday celebration!! Once you have selected your party package, you will be routed to our party calendar. There you can select your party date and time. You and your guests will have one hour of jump time followed by 45 minutes in one of our party rooms. Please ask all your guests to sign an electronic waiver prior to the party. This can be done on our home page or onsite. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before jumping to allow time for our Guest Receptionists to verify waivers for all jumpers to distribute socks and waivers. The number of jumpers you select will be the number we have allotted space for on our jump-deck.

Can I bring my own food?

No outside food or drink except cake and ice cream

What is your cancellation policy?

  • 50% deposit due at time of booking
  • $25 cancellation fee if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the party
  • No Refunds within 7 days of party date
  • May reschedule one time (no refunds for rescheduled parties)

Can I bring my own decorations?

Absolutely! You are welcome to dazzle your party room during your allotted time. However, upon arrival decorations must be assembled and balloons should be inflated.

When can I set up for my party?

At Updown, party rooms are available AFTER the jump session. Typically, we allow guests to access their party room 5-10 minutes prior to the start of their party.

Are there any supplies included in the package?

Yes! We supply all paper goods to include plates, spoons, forks, cups, napkins, and table cloths. We offer the following colors (subject to availability):

  • Turquoise
  • Lime Green
  • Black
  • Yellow

Cancellation Policy:

We will temporarily restrict our business hours to:

Sunday: 11:30am-8:00pm

Monday-Saturday: 10:00am-8:00pm

All attractions are OPEN with the exception of:

  • Lasertag
  • Jousting

The health and well-being of our Guests and Staff remains our priority. We are taking the following measures and more to ensure the protection of our Team and Guests:

  • Increased daytime cleaning of all high-frequency touchpoints on a consistent basis in addition to regular cleaning procedure
  • Increased number of sanitizing stations throughout the park
  • Requiring guests to sanitize upon entering the park and the jump floor
  • All team members required to wear face masks
  • Sanitization training for all team members
  • Reduced capacity by at least 50% as well as limited attractions
  • Floor markers as a guide for social distancing
  • 30 minute sanitization period after each jump hour
