Kids 6 & under $7.99 (One parent jumps free per toddler). Toddlers have access to entire jump floor.

Do we have to sign a waiver?
All jumpers must have a waiver signed, 18 years & under signed by a parent or guardian. Guests 12 years & under must be accompanied by an adult.

Does UPDOWN accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins. Jump times begin every hour!
We do suggest that our guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their desired jump time to prepare for jumping!
Are there any other costs?
All Jumpers are required to purchase and wear safety jump socks. The cost is $2.00 per pair. The safety socks are yours to keep and reuse when returning for more jumping fun in the future!
Are tickets transferable or refundable?
Online purchases for ticket times are non-transferable and non-refundable.
